INSPECTION

Vendor Inspections, otherwise called as Third-Party Inspection (TPI), cover inspection activities performed at manufacturer’s premises of all types of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation parts and equipment:

  • Pipes, Fittings & Plates
  • Pressure equipment (Vessels, Boilers, Heat Exchangers,
    Heat Recovery Units, Steam Drums)
  • Pipelines
  • Pre-fabricated Structures
  • Commissioning Tests (FAT & SAT)
  • Welding inspections, Welder’s & PQR qualifications
  • Special Coatings (3LPP, 3LPE, etc) and Paintings
  • NTD Inspection (VT, MT, PT, RT, UT)
  • Pre-shipment Inspections
  • Loading & Unloading Inspections
  • Container loading supervision

The Vendor Inspection is performed as per approved Quality Control Plan, that is linked to the project requirements and conforms to applicable technical documentation and standards.

Pre-Production or Pre-Inspection Meeting is held before production start to ensure that all the parties fully understand the project scope and requirements with proper communication channels in place for smooth running of the project.
